Education programmes in the Himalayas

Education

Learning Beyond
Boundaries

Empowering young people through sport, mentorship, and experiences that open doors to possibility.

The Philosophy

Education Is Not Confined to Classrooms

Neil believes that the most profound learning happens when young people are given the opportunity to stretch beyond their comfort zones. Whether it\'s mastering a golf swing, navigating a difficult conversation, or understanding sustainable agriculture firsthand, education is about building confidence, resilience, and a sense of what\'s possible.

His programmes are designed not to create athletes or scholars, but to nurture whole human beings — curious, capable, and connected to their communities.

Golf for All

What began as a simple idea — that golf should be for everyone, not just the privileged few — has grown into a movement. Neil's Golf for All programme has introduced hundreds of young people from underprivileged backgrounds to the game, using it as a vehicle for discipline, aspiration, and personal growth.

Mentorship Circles

Beyond the golf course, Neil works one-on-one with young people navigating life's transitions. From career guidance to personal development, these mentorship relationships are built on trust, honesty, and the shared understanding that growth happens outside comfort zones.

The World as Classroom

Experiential Learning

Neil designs immersive learning experiences that take young people out of traditional classrooms and into the field. Whether it's understanding sustainable agriculture on a tea estate or learning navigation on a Himalayan trek, these programmes teach through doing, failing, and discovering.

The best thing we can do for young people is not to give them answers, but to help them discover their own capacity to find them.

Voices of Change

Stories of Impact

Neil didn't just teach me golf. He taught me that I could be someone. That my background didn't define my future.
